When you’re searching for the perfect place to stay, you may have questions about a property. In order to help you make the best decision for your trip, we’ve answered some of the commonly asked questions we get to make it easy for you to find information! Here are 10 of the frequently asked questions about our Gatlinburg hotel.
1. What time is check in/check out?
You probably need to know about check in and check out times to figure out when you should get into town. Check in is at 4 pm, and check out is at 11 am.
2. Is there an age requirement for check in?
Yes, we do have an age requirement for guests checking in with us. You must be at least 21 years old to check in at our Gatlinburg hotel.
3. Do you have a pool?
We do have a seasonal pool that is accessible for all of our guests during their stay. Our pool is located outdoors behind the hotel, and we do not have an indoor pool. We open it from late spring to early fall. The daily hours are from 9 am to 11 pm.
4. Is the pool heated?
The pool at our Gatlinburg hotel is heated to keep you warm during chilly days and nights. We also have lounge chairs and tables for extra comforts and relaxation to enjoy the pool even more.
5. Are you pet friendly?
Although we love furry friends, our hotel in Gatlinburg is not pet friendly. We do make acceptions for service animals, and we do request documentation for service animals.
6. Do we offer ticket packages?
We unfortunately do not offer ticket packages with area attractions. However, we do provide special deals for guests to save money when they stay with us. And as a paying guest, you will receive a discount for massage treatments at Restorative Massage of the Smokies.
7. Do you have guest washers and dryers?
We do not currently have guest washers and dryers.
8. What do you serve for breakfast?
When you stay at our Gatlinburg hotel, you will receive access to a free grab-and-go breakfast every morning of your stay. Fuel up for the day with cereal, milk, granola, yogurt, pastries, juice, and coffee. It’ll help you save a few bucks when you don’t have to pay for at least one meal every day of your trip!
9. Do you have elevators?
Our hotel in Gatlinburg does have elevators to make your stay even more enjoyable.
10. Do the rooms have private balconies?
Yes, all of our hotel rooms have private balconies where you can spend time enjoying the fresh mountain air. We do ask that you do not smoke on our balconies, only in the designated areas. On the back side of our hotel, these balconies do have a beautiful view of the river that runs behind us!
